During 618 in 2021 we scaled peak throughput to 42 tons per day, and the multi-format structure held up under that surge.”

“Singapore is "small country, super-dense" — any two points on the island are within a 50 km radius, so network design hinges on density and pick-up efficiency. Australia is the exact opposite, "huge country, ultra-low density" — packages traveling 2,000 km is routine, so the focus shifts to line-haul capacity and city-level warehouse networks. There's no universal playbook for cross-border — every market is recalculated from scratch.”

“The hard part of cross-border free returns isn't the "free shipping" — it's the return path: items must travel from the consumer back to the cross-border warehouse, be re-inspected, and re-enter after-sales workflows. The Free Returns service Cainiao Singapore launched in October 2021 was Southeast Asia's first network to genuinely solve cross-border returns — the breakthrough was connecting local last-mile pick-up, cross-border customs re-clearance, and upstream reconciliation into a single closed loop. That was the turning point for "true closed-loop" cross-border commerce.”

“There are now 4 AI employees — including BBizClaw — covering product operations, customer service, and campaign-cycle tracking across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify. It's not about "replacing humans"; it's about peeling 80% of repetitive decisions away to AI, so sellers can refocus on product selection, supply chain, and new-market expansion. After 10 years in cross-border logistics, this felt like the next layer worth rebuilding from scratch.”
